International Relations
Our vision and mission
The idea of constant international exchange is firmly anchored in the vision of the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT). Our goal is to create an international community characterized by openness, tolerance and empathy, in which students, scientists and staff inspire each other, learn from one another and create innovations together.
To achieve this goal, we have built a global network with the world's leading teaching and research institutions – and every day we strive to actively maintain these strong relationships and to expand both our existing partnerships and our international visibility. Through our regular exchanges in research and teaching, we foster synergies across disciplinary and national boundaries and jointly contribute to the development of a globally oriented community.
At the same time, it is important to us to strengthen the international community within the CIT. That is why we offer all employees and students the opportunity to gain international experience – as simply and straightforwardly as possible and with as much support as necessary. Because in the end, everyone benefits from international exchange and new perspectives: our students, our employees and our entire school.
