Our guests

The TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) welcomes national and international guests every year. 

Guests enrich university life at CIT and promote the mutual exchange and cooperation with other research groups. Our guests contribute to course offerings, joint research projects and publications. International perspectives and input help us further develop ourselves and face global challenges. They also enrich the further personal and professional development of our school’s entire community.

Guests from the TUM Global Visiting Professor Program

TUM has its own program for inviting outstanding professors from international partner universities to TUM for collaborative teaching and research projects. Their limited stay is intended to advance the internationalization of TUM. 

CIT has already welcomed several exceptional professors through the program:

Guests from IAS Fellowships

The Institute for Advances Studies (IAS) manages different fellowship programs that enable excellent researchers to come to TUM for a longer period of time in order to conduct joint interdisciplinary research.
