The employer branding consultancy Universum asked 483 HR managers at German companies for WirtschaftsWoche which universities and universities of applied sciences they particularly like to recruit graduates from. The respondents also indicated which characteristics they attach particular importance to in candidates: personality or voluntary work, length of study or practical experience. What do they look for? The evaluation results in the WiWo University Ranking 2024.
TUM School of CIT twice in 1st place
In this year's ranking, the TUM School of CIT came top in two of the subject areas surveyed. It defended its top position from previous years in both Information Systems and Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Computer Science came in second place, moving up one position compared to the 2023 result.
