Language Courses
You also have the opportunity to take language courses. You can cover the entire 6 ECTS of your support elective credits with the language courses.
- Courses from your study tree: You can take a course at the TUM Language Center. In your study tree in TUMonline you will find courses that can be recognized for your curriculum.
- German courses on site: Or you can take a German course (B1.1 in the winter semester or B1.2 in the summer semester with 3 ECTS each) directly with us on site at the Heilbronn campus (module number CITHN50006). These courses are offered irregularly. Please note: At the TUM Campus Heilbronn, German courses are also offered by external language schools, which you are welcome to attend. However, we cannot accept credits for these courses.
- Courses at the TUM Language Center:
- You can also independently search for courses at the TUM Language Center and take them. Please note: All language courses at the TUM Language Center - with the exception of English courses of all levels - can be recognized for your curriculum.
- Please make sure that the courses are feasible for you. This means they should either be online or, if you register for a course in Munich or Garching: it should be logistically possible for you to visit them there.
