ETH Robotics Student Fellowship, Zurich (RSF)
The ETH Robotics Student Fellowship (ETH RSF) program of our partner university in Zurich offers students in Robotics or a closely related field the opportunity to research alongside experts on the specific topic of robotics of their choice.
In 2024, the RSF program takes place from July 1 until August 31 (it is not possible to move this time frame!). Master's students (or last- year Bachelor's students with an outstanding performance) with an expected graduation date earliest in January 2025 are eligible to the program. TUM students take on the responsibilty to plan their TUM degree thoughtfully with regard to the examination period at TUM in July/August. Please have a look at the mobility window section on TUM CIT Informatics for more advice on how to integrate a stay abroad in your TUM degree.
Participants will receive a stipend of CHF 4,000 to cover housing and living expenses (the program provides accomodation for all fellows!). In addition, students can claim the travel costs against receipts at the beginning of the program up to a fix amount.
The application period for a stay at ETH within the RSF program summer 2024 is from January 15, 2024 until February 29, 2024 (midnight, CET). You have to hand in several documents for the application (e.g. letter of motivation, contact information of two academic referees, letters of recommendation of the academic referees), so please make sure that you gather all documents in time.
For further information on the program, the application process and the required documents, have a look at ETH's website https://center-for-robotics.ethz.ch/education/robotics-student-fellowship.html.
